• The best way to keep your sprinkler system working optimally is to have Environmental Landscape Company maintain your system. Timely care and adjustment of the system allows it to perform at its best, saving you money on water and protecting your investment in your lawn & landscape plantings.

• Listed below is a standard version of our agreement that fits the average residential 6-zone system.
• Every system is unique, so we customize your Annual Maintenance Agreement to fit the needs and size of your system.

Annual Maintenance Agreement

The following is the first year of your 5 year Annual Maintenance Agreement for your irrigation system. This agreement will cover the following:

• Spring Start-Up: Charge up and activate system. Check each zone and each head for proper performance, rotation, adjustment and coverage. Straighten heads as necessary. Clean individual sprinkler head filters as necessary. Check all controller functions, replace battery and set proper program for the equivalent of 1" of rainfall per week. Clean & check rain sensor.
• In-Season Care: Provide visits by sprinkler technician to correct performance and/or coverage problems if necessary.
• Winterization: Close down system, remove water from each zone by compressed air and shut down controller.

Annual Maintenance Agreement does not cover damage from outside forces i.e. vandalism, weather, weed wackers, edgers, vehicles or damage as a result of construction being done to property. Annual Maintenance Agreement does not cover issues or problems as a result of work being done to the system by anyone other than an Environmental Landscape Company representative.

Annual Maintenance Agreement
To be invoiced separately on a yearly basis, for the next 5 years prior to Spring Start-Up. Yearly fee is guaranteed for the duration of the 5 year period. Annual Maintenance Agreement to be automatically renewed each year prior to Spring Start-Up.

Repair charges for damage or non-warranty work will be invoiced at a base rate of $65 per man-hour with a one hour minimum fee. Service calls are invoiced at half hour increments - plus the cost of parts needed for repair.
