Linda Swanson – CMO, Chief
Marketing Officer
 Linda’s
love of horticulture began when she was just 15
years old working in a local florist. She attended
SUNY Farmingdale from 1978-1980 and received a
horticulture degree in floriculture, and continued
to work in a local florist. Together with Larry they
formed ENVIRONMENTAL LANDSCAPING AND DESIGN, INC. a
full service landscaping company.
Linda, drives day to day execution and improvement
of the company's marketing plan, oversees market
research and analysis of the competition; oversees
the management and research teams on product
development; overseas and directs customer service
and customer service monitoring processes to ensure
client retention and to ensure customer feedback
informs the development process of our services; and
researches and creates product ideas and areas for
business growth. She also manages the
development of a web site that serves customer and
staff needs; handles public relations and corporate
communications designed to deliver a
brand-consistent message; develops new and enhances
existing business relationships and heightens
awareness of the company; and provides leadership in
the design and production of all aspects of visual
marketing needs. |
